Our Story

The People’s People way is about meeting people where they are, listening to them, understanding where they want to go, and helping them get there. I started this business because I was finding that so many candidates were left feeling confused and hurt by a recruiting process that gave them few to no answers along the way. I believe in recruiting the right way, without taking shortcuts, to find the best candidate possible. 

At the same time, I came across so many business owners and entrepreneurs who were strapped for time—they knew that they wanted to build a robust recruiting process, but there weren’t enough hours in the day. I imagined People’s People filling in that gap as a true thought partner alongside business owners, department heads, or hiring managers. We understand your goals, we understand how important your business is to you, and we help you find the perfect talent to help you scale.

I am passionate about working with clients because I see their desire to establish a thoughtful, intentional recruiting process. So many amazing businesses are in the scaling phase—they need someone to come in and offer a helping hand to ease the growing pains. I get to learn from so many incredible clients about the internal workings of their businesses and what makes their company culture so special. I’m especially passionate about getting talented individuals excited about a company’s mission and vision! It’s a gift to witness what powerful leaders are doing and really dig into how they want to develop their teams.

After spending 6 years in the HR and Talent Acquisition field, I developed a reputation as a “people person,” going beyond the simple requirements of corporate recruiting and honing an ability to listen well and truly care for my clients. I can only match people with the opportunities that are going to help them soar if I understand their needs in the same way they do. The foundation of my entire philosophy and work ethic is building rapport, trust, and empathy with my clients and candidates. A good recruiter gets the job done—but what makes People’s People a great recruiter is our unwavering commitment to establishing trust and leading with kindness along the way.
